Ballet helps to develop poise, co-ordination, discipline of the body, musicality and expression through the enjoyment of classical dance.

Classical ballet is a graceful and flowing form of dance, with precise movements and ethereal qualities. Ballet is the foundation for all styles of dance. Our pre-school ballet classes develop basic movement skills, musical awareness, expression and creativity, through themed classes encouraging imagination and class participation.

Pre-school ballet prepares students for graded RAD ballet.
